PATRICK ELLER

CEO AND DIGITAL FORENSICS EXAMINER
Patrick Eller has an extensive background in digital forensic consulting and training. Patrick proudly served his country for 20 years in the United States Army, where he was in law enforcement and actively pursued the qualifications to enhance his knowledge in the digital forensics field and become a front-runner in his profession. With more than 15 years of experience in the field of digital forensics, Patrick has worked on hundreds of cases across the globe. Patrick has given keynote speeches and training seminars across the globe on various topics in digital forensics, with one goal in mind, which is to provide the knowledge needed to further develop and solve investigations. He is also currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Science and an adjunct professor for Champlain College at the undergraduate and graduate level in their Digital Forensic degree programs.

TONI HARRIS

DIGITAL FORENSICS EXAMINER
Toni Harris is a Digital Forensics Examiner with specialized expertise in Historical Call Detail Records, Cell Site Analysis, and GPS Location Data. In addition to her forensics work, Toni has an extensive background in video gaming, spanning PC, console (including Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch), Virtual Reality, and handheld gaming devices like the ROG ALLY, Steam Deck, and Lenovo Legion Go. She has also developed test data for a variety of devices, contributing to the advancement of digital forensics.
 
Toni holds a Master of Science degree in Digital Forensics and Cyber Investigations and is recognized as an Expert Witness in both Federal and State Courts. Her professional credentials include certifications as a Virginia DCJS Private Investigator and FAA Part 107 sUAS Remote Pilot.
 
Beginning her career at the Hanover County Sheriff's Office, Toni progressed from a Court Services Deputy to a Narcotics/Vice Investigator, ultimately advancing to the role of Digital Forensics Examiner. She currently teaches Digital Forensics at Champlain College and instructs as part of the Family Advocacy Staff Training Course for the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence in Digital Abuse. Additionally, Toni contributes to the Special Victims Course at the United States Army Military Police School and has taught at the National Forensics Academy at the University of Tennessee. She is also an Associate Member of the Digital & Multimedia Sciences Section at the American Academy of Forensic Science (AAFS).

JAMES McGEE

DIGITAL FORENSICS EXAMINER
James McGee is a Digital Forensic Examiner specializing in advanced data verification and validation. James has earned numerous certifications through the Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy (DCITA), including DoD Cyber Crime Investigator and Digital Forensic Examiner. Additionally, James has earned certifications through Magnet Forensics (Magnet Certified Forensics Examiner, Magnet Certified Cloud Examiner, Magnet Certified Mac Examiner, and Magnet Certified Video Examiner) and Cellebrite as a Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst. In total, James has over 800 hours of Digital Forensic Training. James previously worked as a CID Special Agent for the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division, now the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division (DACID), holding the title of CID Special Agent and working as a Digital Forensic Examiner. During his career at DACID, James conducted over 70 digital forensic examinations, consisting of over 100 pieces of evidence, which totaled over 20,000 gigabytes of data. James remains active in the Digital Forensics Incident Response (DFIR) Community, having contributed to open-source resources such as the Logs, Events, and Plists Parsers (LEAPPs), Magnet Forensics Artifact Exchange, and the publishing of numerous DFIR articles based on independent research. James has two articles published through the Digital Forensic Research Workshop (DFRWS) DFIR Review and one article nominated as a Finalist in the 2023 Forensic 4:cast Awards - DFIR Article of the Year. James has provided expert testimony of Digital and Computer Forensics in court.

Dante Fazio

Digital Forensics Examiner
Dante Fazio is a Digital Forensics Examiner who specializes in digital media analysis, acquisition, enhancement, and authentication. He has 18 years of experience working in digital audio and video, holds a bachelor’s degree in audio production and engineering from Berklee College of Music and a master’s degree from the University of Colorado in media forensics. He is a member of the Scientific Working Group on Digital Evidence (SWGDE, a member of the digital multimedia sub-committee for the Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC), and was Chair of the 2024 Audio Engineering Society 8thInternational Conference on Audio Forensics which was held in Denver, CO. Prior to joining Metadata Forensics, Dante founded and was CEO of Discovery Forensics, LLC, which provided specialized forensic examinations of digital audio, video, and images, and offered objective and scientific litigation support for civil, criminal, and private matters. Dante has worked on hundreds of cases across the nation involving allegations such as theft, assault, fraud, homicide, wrongful death, child exploitation, invasion of privacy, harassment, medical malpractice, city ordinance violations, and other criminal and civil matters.

Michael Roberts

Digital Forensics Examiner
Michael Roberts has extensive background in digital forensics examinations and law enforcement training instruction. Michael proudly served his country for 15 years in the United States Army, with the majority of his career in the United States Army Criminal Investigation Division. While serving as a Special Agent in the Criminal Investigation Division, Michael served as a Department of Defense Certified Digital Forensics Examiner and Cyber Crime investigator. Prior to Michael’s retirement from the United States Army and Criminal Investigations Division, Michael was a Senior Digital Forensics Examiner and assisted in training and mentoring of junior Digital Forensic Examiners within his organization. After his retirement, Michael returned to the Department of Defense as a Department of Army Civilian and spent the past 7 years as the primary instructor and course manager for the Department of the Army Sexual Assault Investigations Course (SAIC) training lawyers and Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division (DACID) Special Agents in investigating sexual assaults and interviewing victims of trauma using the Trauma Informed Interview.
 
Michael holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Business Administration: Healthcare Management as well as a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice: Cyber Crime Investigations. Michael has also completed the Graduate Certificate in Investigative Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Suzanne Landrigan

Digital Forensics Examiner
Suzanne is a seasoned professional specializing in managing digital evidence for state, district, and federal investigations. Her strong track record includes handling critical evidence requests, utilizing open-source tools for in-depth analysis, and aiding in the collection of on-scene video evidence. Suzanne's expertise in video review, data analysis, and various analytics and proprietary software has been pivotal in identifying suspects and generating leads. In her previous role as a Digital Evidence Administrator, Suzanne played a key role in developing and maintaining multiple data repositories and user-friendly apps to store and access digital evidence. Her contributions significantly enhanced successful litigation processes and policy implementations. Suzanne led large-scale system upgrade projects with multi-million-dollar budgets, recovered damaged or lost digital evidence, and oversaw the release of evidence for discovery to ensure legal compliance and accuracy. Dedicated to supporting investigations, Suzanne's expertise spans various analytics tools, proprietary software, and open-source tools. Her efforts in establishing and implementing evidence policies have ensured proper storage, authentication, and chain of custody for digital evidence. She has provided instruction on the proper procedures of evidence collection, handling, and analysis to law enforcement agencies.

Grady Zibinskas

DIGITAL FORENSICS EXAMINER
Grady Zibinskas, a recent graduate from Champlain College, has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer and Digital Forensics. Grady's academic focus centered on computer and network forensics. Grady's technical experience spans across many applications including FTK Imager, Malware Analysis, Windows Forensics, Python, Autopsy, Wireshark, Linuz OS Forensics, and X-ways.

Crystal Eller is an experienced Director of Operations with a career track record of improving productivity and increasing revenues. She has consulted with companies across the globe to drive their revenue growth and efficiencies. Her background in sales and management allows her to think outside the box to create a culture that ensures the success of a company. She holds many certifications in training, sales management, and CRM-based systems.
